This is for: entrepreneurs, managers and leaders of teams (all hierarchical levels).

Together we will find the answers to the following questions:

• which is my leader profile and how it impacts my relationship with the team?
  Note: the tool we used is one of the most powerfull diagnosis tool of ICF (International Coach Federation),
• which parts of my leader profile can I change in order to increase my team performance?
  Note: only 50% of the leaders act appropriate in 50% of the situations and only 5% of them act appropriate in 75% of the situations
• which are my challenges related to my team and how can I find solutions?
  Note: we have the best solutions for our challenges; it’s just about break the barriers and emerge them
• how can I see things from different perspectives?
  Note: a problem has at least 100 sides; it’s just about changing the position in order to see them
• how is efficient to act in the relation with my team in every stage of it’s evolution?
  Note: theory of growing processes (individual, project, team, organizational, etc)
• who is also in charge of  my team performance?
  Note: systemic approach; the approach is made through systemic processes inside and outside the team (of any kind and at any hierarchical level)
• “I have to fix the problem with Ionescu and Popescu, becouse it’s clear, becouse of them things are going bad”. Maybe?
  Note: the major advantages of coaching the team instead of coaching each member
