Services provided by me as a coach are individual coaching sessions or team, organization and corporation sessios/programs. My services include transformational, business, executive, team, organization and family coaching sessions.
Individual sessions are held on Skype, phone or face to face.
The team and structure coaching programs will take place exclusively at customer location.
The Package of individual 10 sessions (package cost – 50% of the normal cost of 10 sessions)
Package of 10 sessions, as conceived by me, is one of the most effective approaches to statistical best results.
Fundamentally, coaching is timeless, instantaneous and has no boundaries. Paradoxically, I tend to make one of the first steps of the coach-client relationship to this concept just by displaying this package of 10 sessions. Why?
The answer lies in my expertise in terms of building coaching relationships, referring me here exactly to their period of foundation. Client, again paradoxically, although it is the absolute owner of all optimal solutions of his final goals, he still looking for a coach with which to uncover them in an emerging process. My experience in terms of building these relationships reveal the customer’s need to have a new frame of reference, a new “board” (like the chess ones) on which he orders the pieces of his universe. Seems at first sight to be a “fencing”, paradoxical and nonspecific to the coaching relationships, But is that kind of “fencing” that resembles the definition or taking a pot filled with fertile soil in which through a delegative process, the client grows with no limits the “healthy and beautiful plant” that he wants.
In other words, the client perceives new “board” with its borders, but he feels no boundaries in his “game”. Cost element and time element are the keys this approach. It is already proven the client need to perceive a new frame of reference and at the same time the need of managing it. Not accidentally, but from experience in time was chosen the 12 months period and cost per session chosen by 50% of the cost of a single session. During this period the customer can use the 10 sessions in any manner that he considers is the best for him, congruent with the pace of life processes, as well as decision-making moments or developing new directions of exploration. All these pieces of the client’s puzzle are not predictable, are instantaneous phenomena. Experience reveales that a correct and a proper manner of application in time is in accordance with the simulative boundaries and delegative processes at the same time.
This approach, using this type of package, gave the best results. The clients, experienced the most profound and strong changes by having the highest level of accountability on medium and long term.
Scheduling sessions
Scheduling sessions (day and time) will be made by mutual agreement. Putting the forefront mutual respect, we understand to be punctual and try not to cancel or reschedule sessions, but when we do so, to be as early as possible (minimum 24 hours before). If the client is a delay in session, I’ll call after 5 minutes. Any change of program will be done by phone and by mail also.
Telephone sessions will be made only if I am called. In this case, the client will try to find a quiet place where he will not be distracted. Avoid crowded places or times when driving.
For unscheduled sessions, I will have 15 minutes to find a suitable quiet place.
Team and organization coaching – how I work
Even if an individual customer systemic universe is at least as large as that of an organization, effective approaches to coaching relationship are slightly different in the meaning of establishing a work program. As a first step, we will establish the foundation elements together: who is the customer, who is the team / organization target, which is intended specifically and who is the sponsor (who pays). Only after these clarifications I will create in the shortest time (3-15 days) a complete aand detailed case discussion. There are many elements that build the program: the complexity and size of the structures involved, timing and agenda of the professional group meetings, specific activities of the involved team / organization, other temporal limitations of any kind of the component entities. Basically, my involvement as a coach is discrete, participatory and synchronized with the siystem’s life.
The most effective programs that I promote is the mixed one: coaching (noninformational) combined with training (informational, skills development) after a certain program. In this mode, we discuss a comprehensive package, in which I involve my team of collaborators on the training and personal development (it is a wide range of specializations and competencies). High efficiency of such a program lies precisely in opening and revealing the real needs and desires and, most importantly, assumed by the structure in question.
The cost of any program is not fixed, it will be discussed and agreed with the discussion on the content.
