My personals

I am 38, from Bucharest and married to Rodica Lascu, lawyer as a professional.

I am passionate about everything related to the development of the human creative side. I feel good between people and seeks to transform each quantum of every relation in a unique and bidirectional learning experience. I find coaching (as profession) the most important factor linking all the roles I have in my life.

I am Qigong practitioner, qigong being the traditional chinese art of maintaining health and balance. Older than 7,000 years, the art of qigong is the spiritual foundation of all martial arts. The final desire of qigong is obtaining wisdom. I was trained in qigong by Master Lin Kai Ting, one of the most important teacher in my life, the one who defined my process of inner discovery and spiritual beauty.

My professionals

Training and development in coaching were received under the guidance of Alain Cardon at Metasysteme School. The main directions I followed were coaching and individual and team diagnosis.

Previously, I graduated Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications with radio engineer diploma (class of 1998). Then, the 7 years in Vodafone within various radiocommunication projects, brought me in contact both with some of the most challenging situations in my professional life, and with wonderful, creative and professional people. I thank them for the opportunity to be part of their teams. This step helped me to clot my values of my personality and to rediscover my personal energies and directions of further development.

I am entrepreneur – associate and development director at SC MAGNUM PLATINIUM SRL, a company working in the field of service and personal development. I supported negotiation courses, attitude and behavior in relation with the client.

I am CNFPA accredited trainer.
